"I was hoping to find a few..."
I was hoping to find a few different tool options here, but... yeah, the selection felt limited. I looked around for a bit and just didn’t see much to choose from, so I ended up checking other sites instead.

"Shipping was way faster than I expected"
I ordered from engineersupply.com and tbh I figured it would take a few extra days to get here. It shipped out super quick and actually showed up earlier than the tracking originally said, which was a nice surprise.
The box was in good shape too, so no complaints there lol. Really happy with how fast everything went and I’d def order from them again.

"Said it was in stock, but nope"
I ordered something that was listed as in stock, in stock, and then later they told me it wasn’t available after all. Annoying because it wasted my time and I had to go buy it somewhere else

"Customer service was frustrating and I expected more"
The order itself was fine, but trying to get help was frustrating. I emailed twice and the replies took a while, and when they finally came, they didn’t really answer what I was asking. I ended up having to call just to get it sorted out. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but for the hassle and time it took, I feel like some kind of compensation or gesture would be fair

"Easy enough to use overall"
I found what I was looking for without having to click around too much. The search worked well, and the pages loaded quickly. To be fair, some of the filters could be a little clearer, but overall I’d say the site was simple and straightforward to use.

"Everything showed up the way it was supposed..."
Everything showed up the way it was supposed to, and the order matched what I picked. Nothing really stood out in a bad way, which felt really good. Just a solid, easy experience overall

"Felt too expensive for me"
This just didn’t feel worth the price to me. After I ordered, I ended up seeing similar stuff for less, which was frustrating. I’m usually willing to pay a little extra if something feels special or saves me time, but this didn’t really do that. Maybe it makes sense for someone else, but with my budget, it just wasn’t a good value. I wouldn’t order again.

"Not great, broke fast"
This just felt kind of cheap right out of the box, and then it stopped working quickly. I was hoping it would hold up better, but that wasn’t really the case.
